Semi Automatic Attritor Mill Machine

Attritor are made of stainless steel vessel either in SS 304 or SS 316 construction with mild steel jacket for cooling the temperature of material to be processed within the machine. All the chemicals like pigment, medium, resin & other chemicals are put in the machine and with the grinding media either stearite balls or steel balls the machine is allowed to mix and grind the product. In few hours the grinding quality is achieved and the material ground is further thinned down as per the required viscosity and parameters.

Dry grinding Attritor features a unique design that includes a new shaft configuration and side discharge screen wherein smaller size grinding media is used made to agitate at higher speeds, generating a large quantity of micron sized products continuously.

The shaft RPM of this series ranges from 600 to 1400.
